Rodrigo Osmo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of S. Paulo (USP) and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Company’s Executive Investment Committee and Chairman of the Ethics Committee. He served as Business Development Director and Chief Financial Officer of Gafisa S.A., and Managing Director of Alphaville Urbanismo S.A. He worked at GP Investimentos, Bain&Company and Ysoquim Representações Internacionais. He also served as an assistant professor in the Finance department of Harvard Business School.

Luiz Mauricio de Garcia Paula holds a degree in Economics from IBMEC, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IAG/PUC-Rio, and a postgraduate degree from Fundação Dom Cabral, as well as executive education programs in management, finance, and leadership at institutions such as Wharton, MIT, and Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Company’s Investment and Ethics Committees. He has worked as a partner and/or lead analyst covering the construction sector at asset management firms such as Velt, Apex Capital, and Bradesco BBI. He was recognized for five consecutive years as the best analyst/team covering the Real Estate sector in Brazil. He has also worked at companies such as Ipiranga, Claro, Aracruz (now Suzano), and Gafisa.

Renan Barbosa Sanches holds a degree in Economics from Mackenzie and an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), as well as executive education programs in management, finance, and leadership at institutions such as INSEAD, Chicago Booth, and Harvard Business School. He joined the Company in 2010 and, throughout his tenure, has held positions including Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer, Controllership Officer, Financial Planning and Controllership Manager, and Collections Manager. He is a member of the Company’s Executive Investment Committee. Prior to Tenda, he worked at companies such as Construtora Mudar, Banco Santander, and American Express.

Cristina Caresia is the Company’s Operational Director, responsible for the Human Resources area. Previously, she was the Human Resources Director at Cia. Hering S.A. and Human Resources Manager at Natura. SShe is a member of the Company’s Executive Ethics Committee. She holds a degree in Psychology, with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Administration and in Service Marketing, both from FAAP.

Fabricio Arrivabene holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos, an MBA from Business School São Paulo and an extension course from the Kellogg School of Management. He is a member of the Company's Executive Investment Committee. He served as Regional Director in Rio de Janeiro and National Marketing and Sales Director of the Company. He was Sales Director at Gafisa S.A., Commercial Manager and Corporate Manager at Companhia de Bebidas das Américas (AmBev), a company he joined as a trainee.

Alexandre Regis is a Civil Engineer with MBAs in Real Estate Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and in Real Estate Business Management from FIA Business School. He has been working for more than 20 years in the civil construction and real estate market segment, being at Tenda since 2012, focused on projects, planning and execution of residential and commercial developments at Tenda and Gafisa. He is a member of the Company's Executive Investment Committee. He has strong experience in the development of new products and construction methodologies.

Daniela Ferrari, a civil engineer with over 34 years of experience, graduated from the Mackenzie University School of Engineering, holds a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering from Fundação Vanzolini/USP, an MBA in Finance from IBMEC, and a certification in Corporate Governance from Saint Paul Business School. She is a member of the Company’s Executive Ethics Committee. She previously served as Business Director at Fit Residencial, Gafisa S.A.’s low-income housing division, and as Business Manager at Gafisa S.A., where she began her career as an intern. She currently serves as Vice President of Housing at Sinduscon-SP and Secovi-SP. She is also a member of the Urban Policy Council of the Municipality of São Paulo and the São Paulo State Social Housing Fund.

Rodrigo Hissa holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR), a specialization in Civil Construction from the Federal University of Ceará, an MBA in Real Estate Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in Salvador, and executive education programs in General Management from Kellogg School of Management and in Real Estate from the University of Southern California (USC). He has worked at companies such as Gafisa S.A. and Caltech Engenharia Ltda.

Alexandre Millen holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, with specialization in Business Administration and Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley.He was responsible for the regional offices of Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais. He was Regional Director of Rio de Janeiro at Gafisa S.A.

Weliton holds a law degree from Centro Universitário de Goiás - UNIGOIÁS, an MBA in Real Estate Business Management and Civil Construction from FGV, specializations in Finance and Controllership from CEDEPE, Strategy and Decision Making from INSPER, and executive training from Fundação Dom Cabral. He has over 18 years of experience in the Company, passing through the commercial areas of the financial cycle and generation of real estate business.He has worked for companies such as Amil Assistência Médica Internacional S.A., as a manager.

Amanda Bezerra has a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Grande ABC, with an MBA in Business Management from FGV. She has more than 16 years of experience in the Company. She is a member of the Executive Investment Committee. She has worked as a project, product development manager, and innovation. She worked as Project Coordinator at Benedito Abbud for more than 9 years.

André Padilha has a degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). He started his career in the company in 2009, as a Trainee at Gafisa. He is a member of the Executive Investment Committee. He worked as a construction engineer, construction manager and regional construction manager at Tenda.

Marcelo Melo is a Operations Officer, serving as the executive responsible for development activities (Business area) in the São Paulo region and metropolitan area. He previously served as Business Manager and Business Director at Gafisa S.A. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Igor Gomes holds a degree in Technology from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He has an MBA in Business Management from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture at the University of São Paulo (USP), with specializations in Software Engineering from the University of São Paulo and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has more than 10 years of experience with the Company, always leading the Information Technology department. He has also worked at companies such as Touch Tecnologia, IBM, and DASA.

Alejandro Abiusi holds a degree in Statistics from the National School of Statistical Sciences, a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and an MBA in Finance from INSPER. He has been with the Company since 2020, where until 2025 he led the Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation areas. He is currently responsible for Strategy and Portfolio Management and is a member of the Executive Investment Committee. Throughout his professional career, he has worked as a marketing consultant for companies in the real estate market, as well as companies in other sectors such as AES, Engie, and Krona.

Luis Martini holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP, a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from ITA, and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). With over 20 years of executive experience, he has extensive expertise leading business units, operations, and innovation in large, highly complex companies such as Natura, Amazon, Wine, and Embraer. Currently serving as Chief Digital & Marketing Officer of the Holding, he is responsible for the Marketing, CRM, Innovation, and Technology functions for the Tenda and Alea brands. His mandate focuses on capturing operational synergies, fostering cross-functional innovation across business, financial, and operational areas, and accelerating productivity through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and the digitalization of the customer journey. Martini stands out for his analytical ability to translate complex challenges into simple and profitable strategies, with a strong focus on high performance and operational excellence.
