Alea (Wood-Frame Panels)

  • Tenda's business model, which consists of building apartments in large metropolitan areas using the construction technology of a concrete wall with an aluminum shape, proved to be a winner along the trajectory of the company's reformulation, which began in 2012.

  • However, this constructive method annually requires a minimum local productive demand to be economically viable. In Brazil, there are 13 metropolitan regions that enable this production continuity, Tenda is present in 10 of these regions and is expected to operate in the others over the next few years.

  • Alea was created with the objective of addressing the Company's growth through off-site construction, which consists of producing housing units in a factory environment, performing only assembly at the construction site.

  • Off-site construction opens up a myriad of opportunities for the Company as the minimum production demand becomes global instead of local, allowing it to operate with continuity and efficiency under the logic of the industrial approach in small and medium-sized cities in the country.

  • The houses are standardized with 47 m² arranged in 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Produced in our house factory, the housing units are assembled within a closed condominium with a differentiated urban concept. The name Alea refers to tree-lined avenues that connect to a central square creating a sense of community among residents.
